Responding to a review

If you have an iWantGreatCare account you can add a reply to any review of yourself. 

Adding a response

Go to your iWantGreatCare account page. Underneath your profile information you will see a list of your reviews

Choose the review you would like to respond to from this list and then click the 'add a response' button. the next page will then show you the full review and give you an opportunity to enter your response.

Once you have provided your response click on the 'add my response' button and your response will be sent for approval by a member of our team.

When the response is approved you will receive an email confirming that the response is live, and is visible for everyone to see on the iWantGreatCare website
